Regina Roos joined Typhoon-HIL GmbH in 2020, specializing in power electronics, Digital Twin, and HIL solutions. She excels in transforming business opportunities into profitable ventures and fostering innovation. Currently, Regina manages two start-ups in Mobility and Streaming Concepts sector while driving growth and digitalization.
Previously, she held leadership roles at Schneider Electric and ABB, focusing on digitalization, global account management, and restructuring sales organizations. She has extensive international experience across Asia, Australia, and Europe. Regina holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (DHBW), an MBA (INSEAD), and a Swiss-Asia MBA (FHNW). She is an IEEE Senior Member and serves on the Queensland Government Safety Committee.
A passionate advocate for girls' education, Regina enjoys traveling, exploring cultures, and working with Island Horses. She is a mother to a 19-year-old daughter and finds joy in her Neufundlander dog. Her leadership style was sharpened by the concept of the “Silent language of leadership” working with Island Horses.
