Jonas Hemsen has been working as a lecturer at FH Aachen since 2021 and has worked on many industry-driven projects, together with e.g. Ford Motor Company, Punch Powertrain, Stackpole. He started at the ika end of 2017, since then focusing on the electric parts of the powertrain (motor and inverter), and covered i. Modelling and simulation motor and inverter with coupled analytical and numerical tools & ii. EU-funded project: “ModulED – modular electric drivetrain” & ii. EU-funded project: “ModulED – modular electric drivetrain”
He initially started into the automotive industry through a dual course of study at Adam Opel AG in 2009 finishing with a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, 2013. He holds B.Sc. Communication Science, RWTH Aachen, 2015 ,M.Sc. Automotive Engineering, FH Aachen, 2017.
